Ambient Tech Solutions llc will check in and out daily with contact on site. All Equipment serviced will be recorded in maintenance log sheets and sent to client with invoice or a reference number with the invoice. All debris, waste, and discarded materials generated during the service will be collected and disposed of in the client's designated on-site dumpster or waste disposal area in a clean and professional manner, ensuring the worksite is left in a tidy condition. We offer 1 time visits, or Maintenance Contracts with scheduled service visits.Maintenance Contract includes discount benefits,no diagnostic fees, and no emergency rate fees. RUN INSPECTION

PREPARATION FOR SUMMER
Unless prohibited by continued cold weather, all HVAC must be checked, cleaned and ready for service before cooling season. Peak efficiency is a must. All HVAC equipment is to be cleaned, in good working condition and ready for reliable service for the cooling season. Inspections to include.

This check is intended to winterize the building. The heating equipment must be cycled and the entire heating system thoroughly inspected to confirm that the system will function in a safe, dependable manner. Inspections to include, but not limited to, items listed below.
